Hello! I’m Caitlin Wyrick (Adame), a proud Loveland native and lifelong resident. My roots in this city run deep — I’m part of a multi-generational family that has called Loveland home for decades. I grew up here, attended both private and public schools, and graduated from Mountain View High School, where I even lettered in football. Today, I’m raising my own family in Loveland with my high school sweetheart and husband, Richard. Together, we’re raising our son Sebastian — the next generation of Lovelanders.

For the past 17 years, I’ve worked in the financial sector, leading a team focused on financial literacy, growth, long-term planning, and sustainability. I’ve seen firsthand how financial education can transform lives — building generational wealth and creating the foundation for a strong local economy. Supporting small businesses is a key part of that work, and I’m passionate about helping our local entrepreneurs succeed.

I currently serve as Chair of the Loveland Downtown Development Authority, where I’ve been honored to help lead revitalization and programming efforts that are breathing new life into our city’s core. As both a downtown business leader and homeowner in a metro district, I have a close-up view of how policy decisions directly impact our businesses, families, and neighborhoods.

Loveland is more than just where I live — it’s who I am. I’m committed to building a welcoming, thriving community for my son and for every family who calls Loveland home.
